Our team consists of founders, Carla and Brian, along with a team local chefs that have been tried and tested in New York City. Collectively, we are certified culinary nutritionist, educators, experts in food and product design, veterans in fine dining (including restaurants awarded Michelin Stars). Moreover, we offer over 20 years of combined experience in corporate settings and over 30 years of collective experience in the fields of food, hospitality, and nutrition.

Founder, Culinary Nutrition

A certified health coach and culinary nutritionist, Carla takes a modern approach to nutrition by staying current with diet trends and being sensitive to dietary restrictions and preferences. She does't believe in one size fits all diets and is always mindful to incorporate a variety of options for everyone.

Carla majored in business and psychology and was the right-hand to c-level executives for close to 20 years. It was during her successful corporate career that she discovered she had a gift for arranging unique and often epic corporate events. Driven by the everyday corporate hustle and the responsibilities entrusted to her, she took that knowledge and followed her passion for food and hospitality and went onto graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later onto the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. 

Carla's goal is to help assist busy employers integrate practical wellness programs and healthy eating habits through creative, employee friendly menus.

Interesting about Carla.

Although small, but mighty, Carla believes in giving back and together with Brian at Food360, they have sponsored various charitable events. She's a mom to two girls and a crazy dog. She also trains in Brazilian Jiujitsu and bodybuilding. She has competed and continues to train to compete in both sports.

brian sullivan

Founder, Food Design

Think food, technology and design and there you have Brian. He draws from his experiences as pastry chef at Michelin starred restaurants complemented by his industrial design and innovation experience.  A 2014 winner of Hack Dining's Google challenge, Brian is of a handful of chefs and innovation designers with both managerial experience in a restaurant setting and field experience as a designer for companies such as Macy's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Glaceau, automotive design and many others.  Brian was nominated for Rising Star Chef 2013. He has been a panel speaker at The New School in partnership with Parson's School of Design and was the first instructor on Food & Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. One of his most memorable experiences was in 2012 when he cooked with a team of chefs at the White House.

Brian holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Design from the University of Michigan.  His goal is to push the boundaries of how we experience food.

Interesting about Brian.

Brian uses technology for special food projects such as 3D printing. He has designed molds that have been instrumental for photoshoots amongst many other creative projects. He's been mentioned in cookbooks and has even designed cars and some famous bottles you're probably drinking out of now. Brian also trains in Brazilian Jiujitsu and has a wrestling background. He enjoys competing in jiujitsu and continues to actively train when not chasing after a toddler and the crazy dog.
